We are currently seeking a Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA therapy services during evening hours in the Montgomery Village area.

About the Role
As a Behavior Technician, you will work 1:1 with children diagnosed with autism under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will help implement behavior plans, support skill development, and create meaningful progress in the child’s daily life.
This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, patient, and passionate about working with children and families in a home setting.

What You’ll Do
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients’ homes
- Follow individualized behavior intervention plans created by a BCBA
- Collect accurate session data and document progress
- Support communication, social, and daily living skill development
- Build positive, professional relationships with families and clients
- Participate in ongoing training and supervision
- Collaborate with clinical team members to ensure quality care
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Bilingual Spanish and English preferred (strong advantage)
- Reliable transportation (must be able to commute to client homes)
- Strong interest in working with children with developmental needs
- Patient, professional, and dependable attitude
- Willingness to complete RBT certification (support provided)
