Scaling up

To strengthen our Benelux commercial team, we are looking for a commercially strong, entrepreneurial Account Executive who knows how to build momentum in a complex healthcare environment. This role is ideal for someone with experience in software or digital health sales, who can independently drive opportunities forward while collaborating cross-functionally in a scale-up setting.

Your Role

  • You build and grow strategic relationships with hospitals and educational institutions in Belgium and the Netherlands.

  • You will drive consultative conversations within the Benelux market, strongly collaborating within your team as well as with other teams from Customer Success, Marketing, Product and Content, while maintaining clear ownership of commercial progress and outcomes.

  • You will contribute to and develop expansion plans for existing customers

  • Working in alignment with leadership, you will own and deliver on key performance targets

What You Bring 馃挭

  • You have strong experience in B2B software, SaaS, digital health or healthcare technology sales, ideally in a hospital setting

  • You are energized by healthcare innovation and motivated to create real impact in clinical practice

  • You are able to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams, collaborating with an international team (a.o. Marketing, Product, Medical, Customer Success, Sales & Customer Support)

  • Results-oriented with good analytical skills, able to work with CRM systems

  • Driven to excel in a scale-up environment, self-motivated and resilient

  • Eagerness to learn and develop rapidly in an inspiring highly energetic team of healthcare entrepreneurs and medical/surgical professionals

  • Possess a high level of resilience, grit and courage

  • You are proactive, self-starting with an entrepreneur mindset and seek out opportunities to add value to our potential customers

  • You have a creative mind, are flexible and willing to learn new skills

  • You are a strong communicator and have outstanding Dutch and English verbal and written communication skills
