  • Develop and execute on Coface Group’s Business Information strategy across Japan with medium term objectives and long term vision
  • Own and deliver the budget number for Japan BI business
  • Manage and optimize operations/processes that is related to Japan BI business
  • Own the pipeline and CRM hygeine for the team
  • Manage the commercial team in Japan supporting individuals and the team to meet the objectives
  • Recuit and train the Japan BI team to deliver required results
  • Provide revenue forecast to country/regional team, run cadence calls with the team to ensure revenue forecast is tracked and managed
  • Drive incremental Coface BI revenue through new and existing clients
  • Own and develop business plans and go-to-market strategy and tactics
  • Staying connected to industry trends and markets to ensure strategic plans aligns to industry and economic opportuntities
  • Builds a presence in targeted industries through events and association presence and presentations
  • Represent Business Information and our solutions at external events also working closely with marketing team to build impactful content for the market
  • Professionalize the way Coface BI runs business in Japan and ensure competence building and knowledge sharing across the Coface Group.
  • Develop and maintain senior relationships with industry leaders

Qualifications

  • Degree in a relevant discipline, MBA preferred
  • 10-12 years experience in a sales role with at least 3-5 years in a sales leadership role.
  • Experience in working with a multi-cultural, muti-national environment.
  • Working experience in a multi-national company is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of credit risk management.
