The incumbent will meet the needs of our agents and customers in all aspects related to bill payment and phone top-up products in order to boost their growth of our core product and money transfers.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Service and support to our agents and customers on any issue involving bill payment and phone top-up products, including assistance, clarifications, and complaints.
  • Provide training to newly installed agents and training to those who request it.
  • Follow-up on complaints filed with our suppliers through the appropriate channels.
  • Analysis, preparation, and approval of commercial agreements presented by our sales representatives.
  • Follow up on various types of reports that support the work performed and measure progress toward the unit's pre-established goals, as well as their proper analysis.

    • Information Security Responsibilities

  • Read, acknowledge and comply with Viamericas Staff Information Security Policy via the Information Security training portal. This should be done within 30 days of hire and repeated annually.
  • Attend periodic Information Security training provided by Viamericas’.
  • Report any event that might be an Information Security Incident: clicked on a malicious link, downloaded and opened a suspicious file, etc.

    • Qualifications

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficient mathematical skills.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)

    • High School Diploma

    • Have a positive predisposition and attitude towards clients and team.

    • Ability to work on a flexible Schedule

    • Bilingual in English/Spanish
