Billing and Payments Specialist

We are looking for a Billing and Payments Specialist to join our team!

Responsibilities

• Daily reconciliation of transactions and merchant balances;
• Daily activation of accounts and fee set-up;
• Assisting with month-end financial closure process;
• Constructing periodic summaries and reports;
• Invoicing;
• Handling internal and external billing related queries;
• Working collaboratively with cross-functional / cultural teams across the Group.

Requirements

• Relevant university degree in Finance/Accounting;
• 1+ years of relevant fintech industry experience;
• Fluent English, both written and verbal;
• A confident Excel user;
• A team player, enthusiastic, eager to learn and hard-working individual with excellent communication skills;
• Proven working experience, utilising billing software and / or reconciliation systems will be considered as an advantage.
