Billing Specialist (Temporary Position)

Execute Billing tasks, generate invoices and credit memos, in a timely manner and in accordance with agreements with customers

Analyze customer’s account statements

Take a leading role with billing systems integrations, from discovery to implementation

Work alongside the company back office units

Provide support with customer and billing related queries

Manage account balances and resolve inconsistencies

Manage Billing master data, including customer details and process internal requests for address changes, billing account changes, rate changes, account termination, account reactivation, recurring billing additions, etc

Ensure actions are in accordance with finance and booking policies and approval standards are being met per set requirements

Contribute to the team’s mission to improve data flows, optimizing our processes, and ensuring accounting output is accurate

2+ years experience as a Billing Specialist or Billing Analyst - a must

Experience working in a SaaS company- big advantage

Solid understanding of basic accounting and business principles

Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records

Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and ERP system (NetSuite or other)

Ability to work efficiently under pressure

Proficiency in English
