We are looking to hire dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team of professionals who share our passion for enhancing the quality of life for children diagnosed with ASD.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct initial assessments and reassessments
Create individualized treatment plans
Provide supervision and support to BTs/RBTs
Conduct Parent Training sessions
Develop and monitor data collection for all treatment goals
Coordinate care with other professionals
Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in ABA and related fields.
Promote and maintain a healthy work-life balance for all team members
