Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Oklahoma – Full-Time Hybrid

We are seeking a passionate and experienced BCBA to join our Oklahoma team in a flexible ** hybrid role **, combining remote work with in-person client sessions. This position offers the perfect balance of autonomy and meaningful client interaction.

As a BCBA with Treetop ABA, you will design and oversee individualized treatment plans, supervise and train Behavior Technicians, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional ABA services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments and analyze data to track client progress
  • Supervise, train, and mentor Behavior Technicians
  • Collaborate with families and professionals to ensure consistent, high-quality care
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation of all client services
  • Stay informed on the latest ABA research, trends, and best practices

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field
  • Active BCBA certification
  • Active Oklahoma LBA certification (required)
  • Proven experience in developing and managing ABA treatment programs
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and data analysis skills
  • Collaborative, team-oriented approach to clinical work
  • Experience with diverse populations is a plus
