- Annual Starting Salary: $80,000 - $89,000, based on experience
- Eligibility to earn up to $11,400 in annual bonus potential

What You’ll Do
- Manage a small caseload of 6–8 clients while maintaining a billable expectation of 28 hours
- Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans rooted in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Provide ongoing clinical supervision, coaching, and mentorship to RBTs and Lead Therapists to ensure high-quality care and support professional growth
- Analyze data trends, monitor treatment fidelity, and adjust programming based on client progress and clinical needs
- Collaborate closely with families by providing parent coaching, progress updates, and ongoing support to promote consistency across settings
- Lead interdisciplinary discussions, clinical team meetings, and collaborative problem-solving to support each child’s development

- Must hold a master’s degree in ABA and have an active BCBA certification in good standing.
- Must hold an active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential in the State of Illinois.
