Patterns Behavioral Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Nashua, NH. We provide high-quality ABA services to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities.

This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with an experienced clinical leadership team while supporting the growth and development of Behavior Technicians and delivering individualized, evidence-based services. Join a team supported by Clinical Directors with 20+ years of ABA experience and a structured mentorship program.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday

In-Home/Clinic-Based

Responsibilities

  • Conduct behavioral and curriculum-based FBA functional behavior assessments
  • Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment programs
  • Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs
  • Provide consultation and support to families
  • Collaborate with leadership on program development and quality assurance
  • Minimum 15 billable hours
  • 20–25-hour work-week

Requirements

  • BCBA Certification (Required)
  • Master’s Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • 3+ years of ABA experience preferred
  • Experience with behavior assessments and DTT
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Be a master problem-solver, ability to think globally, and sound decision-making skills
