Job Title: Bookkeeper

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to handle day-to-day financial data entry and reconciliation using ** QuickBooks **. This role will also include basic Amazon-related tasks, with full training provided—no prior Amazon experience required.

Schedule: 9 am - 5 pm EST

Responsibilities

• Enter financial transactions into QuickBooks
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
• Review records and identify discrepancies or errors
• Maintain accurate and organized financial data
• Assist with basic Amazon account tasks (training provided)
• Communicate any issues or missing information to management

Requirements

• Experience with QuickBooks (required)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working with numbers and financial data
• Basic Excel or Google Sheets skills
• Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
• Willingness to learn Amazon processes
