This is a rare chance to join a company at exactly the right moment, when design finally gets the attention and investment it deserves.

We've committed to a full rebrand with an external agency, already underway, covering visual identity, positioning, and a brand architecture built to scale. You'll come in as that work lands, take ownership of everything it produces, and shape where it goes from there.

We don't need you to just "follow the brand guidelines", we need your help in evolving and embedding them across our portfolio. If you want to be the person who defines what a company looks like, and has the foundation and budget to do it properly, this is a great role to consider.

It suits someone on their way to senior. You won't have a team below you yet, but you'll have real influence and a body of work that's hard to replicate elsewhere.

What you’ll do

  • Own the new brand identity as it lands: take over from the agency, build the Figma library and templates the rest of the org can use without breaking things
  • Maintain and evolve our parent/child brand system; one core Omnidocs identity with a defined framework for sub-brands, keeping everything coherent as we grow
  • Create assets across the full marketing mix: social and paid ads, landing pages, email, content, OOH, print and events
  • Produce sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, one-pagers, case study templates and more that the GTM team can adapt independently
  • Be involved in light motion and video work for social and digital channels
  • Be the internal brand authority: review partner and team output, educate the org on brand standards, and push back when needed


What we’re looking for

  • 3–4 years of brand or graphic design experience, ideally at a B2B software or tech company
  • A portfolio that shows range: identity/brand systems work alongside campaign and digital executions
  • Strong in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere or After Effects a plus)
  • Experience managing or contributing to a rebrand or brand evolution project
  • Comfortable working independently. You'll manage your own time and prioritization with minimal oversight
  • An eye for restraint: clean, considered, European-influenced design sensibility over maximalism
  • Bonus: experience with brand architecture or multi-brand systems
