Brand Development Manager (Electronic Brand)

  • Manage and maintain daily relationships with Brand and store-level contacts in the electronics and furniture categories.
  • Support the acquisition and onboarding of new brands/principals, merchants, ensuring smooth integration into Indodana’s system.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of National and Local Promotion Programs in collaboration with brand and retail partners.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Finance, Risk, Operations) to ensure accurate execution of retail campaigns and subsidy processes.
  • Track sales performance and provide regular reports on category growth, promotion results, and retail partner contributions.
  • Monitor subsidy utilization from retail programs and ensure all claims are reconciled according to timeline.
  • Identify retail market trends, competitor promotions, and provide insights to managers for strategy adjustments.
  • Ensure retail campaigns are delivered on time, aligned with business targets, and meet partner expectations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, Marketing, or related fields; Master's degree is a plus
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Account Management, preferably in finance, banking, electronics, furniture, fintech, or e-commerce industries
  • Proven experience in managing merchant relationships, executing promotional programs, and conducting data-driven analysis
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand market trends and consumer behavior in electronics & furniture products/retailers
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with strong project management and analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work both independently and in teams
  • Fluent in English (oral and written); Mandarin is an advantage
