OUR OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business solutions by collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, optimize processes, and ensure alignment with business objectives. You will support and ensure the successful completion of analysis, development, testing, and deployment tasks for our software product's features.

 

YOU WILL

• Leading and facilitating the business requirements gathering process from end-to-end across the

organization using interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, site visits, and other methods

needed.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners and clients.
• Negotiate contracts with partners and clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
• Coordinate with merchants to finalize agreements and ensure timely execution of contracts.
• Identify and open new opportunities with different merchants in the market.
• Collaborate with Merchants, IT, and Business Managers to ensure successful implementation of projects.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure company customer satisfaction.
• Monitor Merchants’ products performance.
• Write and maintain contracts and offers / promotions with merchants.
• Collaborating with different stakeholders of the project to gather requirements and ensure alignment

between business needs and technical solutions.

• Documenting business cases, process flows, and data models and user stories on Jira.
• Proposing new ideas and features and identifying areas for process improvement and optimization to

meet customer and business needs.

• Overseeing the planning, organization, and execution of multiple concurrent software development

projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with objectives

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
• Evaluating and implementing solutions with an enterprise-wide focus, ensuring alignment with

organizational goals and minimizing impact on cross-functional systems to drive long-term value and

performance.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior business analysts within the team.

Qualifications

 

• TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE YOU NEED

 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within the software industry.
• Proven track record of leading and delivering complex software projects.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and agile methodologies.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
