As a Business Analyst on DMC's Digital Workplace Solutions team, you’ll help clients streamline operations with Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint. Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to provide updates and scope new business opportunities
- Analyze business operations, identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
- Create system specs, workflow diagrams, and user requirements
- Support testing, troubleshooting, and implementation
Requirements
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
- 0-3+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Business, Computer Science, or related field (GPA 3.4+)
- Strong consulting, client relationship, and technical communication skills
- Exposure to core business systems and data (e.g., ERP, CRM, data models, etc.)
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Ability to implement low code solutions
- Self-motivated and independently drives projects
- Designs solutions with business goals in mind
