We are looking for a Business Analyst within Reporting & Analytics to join a major Resource Management initiative. The role focuses on enabling data-driven decision-making through structured reporting and analytics based on business requirements.
You will act as a key link between business stakeholders and other Resource Management teams, ensuring transparency across areas such as resource management, workforce planning, and operational performance.
This is a fixed-term employment of 8–12 months starting after the summer. For the right candidate, this assignment can open doors to future opportunities and continued employment.
As a Business Analyst, you will:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture, structure, and validate requirements
- Ensure that solutions are driven by business needs (not self-defined analysis)
- Align with other Business Analysts on KPIs, definitions, and reporting logic
- Translate business requirements into KPIs, dashboards, and scalable reporting solutions
- Deliver insights across key areas such as utilization, project performance, and workforce data
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance standards across reporting
- Support workforce planning by analyzing resource demand vs. supply, skills gaps, and trends
Qualifications
We are looking for a relatively junior candidate with the right foundation and mindset:
- University degree in e.g. Industrial Engineering & Management, Business, IT or similar
- Some experience in analysis, reporting, or data-driven work
- Basic understanding of how business needs are translated into reporting and KPIs
- Structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication skills
Language requirements:
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
- Swedish is considered a strong merit
Experience with BI tools or data analysis is considered a plus.
