Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire potential clients through various channels, including cold calls, emails, meetings, networking events, trade shows, and career fairs.

  • Manage the full sales process, including needs analysis, solution pitching, negotiation, and follow-up.

  • Prepare client proposals, quotations, contracts, and other necessary documentation.

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to grow accounts.

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • At least a Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related fields.

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in business development.

  • B2B sales experience preferred.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

  • Confident in engaging stakeholders across all levels, from middle management to senior decision-makers.
