We are looking for a Business Development Manager to help shape our next phase of growth by identifying new opportunities, developing commercial offerings, and turning customer and market insights into scalable solutions that create value and drive business growth. This role brings together business development, customer insight, and strategic thinking. You will play an important role in how our services evolve, how we bring them to market, and how we create greater value for customers.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Drive business growth

  • Identify new business opportunities, customer segments, and growth initiatives across the Baltics

  • Build business cases and commercial recommendations for new initiatives

  • Develop partnerships and explore new collaboration opportunities

Shape and develop our offerings

  • Define value propositions, pricing principles, and market approaches

  • Support the launch and continuous development of new solutions

  • Ensure our services remain clear, valuable, and competitive for customers

Turn customer and market insight into action

  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities for growth

  • Translate customer and market insights into actions that create value for customers and the business

  • Monitor market trends, competition, and emerging developments

Create impact across the organization

  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product, and leadership teams

  • Support decision making through data and commercial analysis

  • Help focus attention on initiatives that create the strongest business impact

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Economics, Management or a related field

  • At least 3 years of experience in business development, product management, product marketing, or commercial strategy

  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills

  • Experience working with digital products, online marketplaces, SaaS, media, advertising or HR technology solutions

  • Proven ability to identify growth opportunities and drive business results

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience in recruitment, employer branding, job marketplaces, or HR technology

  • Experience using CRM systems, analytics or pricing methods

  • Understanding of subscription based and digital advertising business models
