About the job:

The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for generating new business opportunities by engaging prospective customers, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings for the Account Executive team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls and outreach to prospective customers
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria
  • Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate records of activities in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach efforts

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage high-volume outreach and multitask effectively
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and customer engagement
  • Experience with CRM tools is an asset
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
