• Contribute to the implementation of the company’s market penetration and expansion strategy with a focus on Malaysia

• Stay up to date with market competition and industry news; perform market data analysis and reporting

• Maintain a high level of service for both partners and clients

• Provide input on marketing campaigns and suggest system enhancements

• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

• Collaborate with internal teams to support business growth and development

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar business development role

• Proven experience in the forex or broader financial services industry is required

• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English

• Target-oriented, innovative, and dynamic personality

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• High integrity and strong business acumen

• Strong people management skills
