About this role

The Business Intelligence Analyst leads advanced analytics development, regional BI architecture, and multi-source data integration to enable OPEX’s CS transformation strategy. This role drives predictive analytics, GenAnalytics adoption, and cross-regional BI initiatives, serving as a senior advisor to CS leadership. The position elevates BI maturity by enabling real-time insights, data governance, and scalable digital solutions used across the Customer Success organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect, model, and govern data structures for regional BI solutions across SFDC, Twilio, CMS, WFM, and OPEX systems.
  • Lead implementation and scaling of GenAnalytics and predictive/AI-driven insights.
  • Deliver complex, high-impact dashboards for performance management, onboarding analytics, capacity planning, digital channel behavior, and agent-level insights.
  • Partner with IT and cross-functional teams on real-time data integrations and warehousing improvements.
  • Lead Agile/Scrum workflows for BI initiatives, including story writing, sprint execution, testing oversight, and release planning.
  • Manage the BI request/incident pipeline, aligning priorities with OPEX leadership and stakeholder needs.
  • Own change management for BI enterprise solutions: enablement, documentation, training, and communication.
  • Mentor IC4–IC5 analysts, elevating analytical maturity and solution design quality.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations for operational, digital, and process redesign initiatives.
  • Represent BI in regional governance forums, influencing analytics strategy and system evolution.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred (analytics, engineering, data science).
  • Min. 2 years of BI, analytics, data modeling, or data engineering experience.
  • Fluent in English (B2+); additional languages welcome.

SKILLS /COMPETENCIES
  • Expert SQL, advanced modeling, and architect-level Power BI capabilities.
  • Strong grasp of multi-source data ecosystems: CRM, CMS, telephony, ticketing, WFM.
  • Ability to design enterprise BI architectures and govern data standards.
  • Strong PowerApps automation and O365 technical capabilities.
  • Predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and AI-enablement experience.
  • Strong cross-regional stakeholder influencing ability.
  • Advanced project management and Agile/Scrum leadership.
  • High proficiency in storytelling, executive insights, and strategic recommendation building.

SPECIFIC CERTIFICATIONS
  • Advanced BI or analytics certifications preferred.
  • Scrum Master / Product Owner certifications preferred.
  • Cloud certifications (Azure/AWS/GCP) are a plus.MS O365 package advance knowledge
  • Advanced O365 knowledge
