Salary - £30,387 Plus OTE bonus

  • Collaborate closely with service and parts teams to provide timely updates and information to customers.
  • Proactively seek customer feedback and address any issues or concerns in a professional manner.
  • Assist in promoting aftersales initiatives to maximize customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Work towards achieving key performance indicators related to aftersales service.
