The C4N Technician will be responsible for the maintenance and operation of all communication systems of the U.S. Navy’s Landing Craft, Air Cushion (LCAC) Amphibious Combat Vehicle (ACV) program on-base.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
·Responsible for the maintenance, repair, installation, etc., for all system computers, navigation, radar, GPS, antennas, networks and displays
·Being proactive to ensure accurate operations of all systems, performing troubleshooting and repairs as necessary
·Support C4N integration, troubleshooting, repair planning, testing
·Ensure all installation is done appropriately
·Field support at ACU/NBU locations as required
·Develop and maintain professional, results-oriented relationships that strengthen FWG’s reputation and support positive outcomes through documented communication, timely response, and issue resolution
·Anticipate customer concerns and engage early to mitigate risk, resolve performance issues, and uphold FWG’s record of quality and reliability
·Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and mission focus across the team
·Other duties as related to the business functions of FWG Solutions, as assigned
Requirements & Qualifications
Education:
·Associate's Degree in Electronics, Communications, navigation systems, IT/networking or other related field
Licenses & Certifications:
·Active Secret Security Clearance
·DODM 8140.03 required
·Security + preferred
Experience:
·Ten plus (10+) years of experience in similar subject matter expert role
·Extensive knowledge and in C4N training
·OME/vendor training required
