We are looking for a Campaign & Events Coordinator to support the execution of marketing campaigns, events, and partner initiatives in Malaysia.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who is eager to gain hands-on experience across events, campaigns, and content execution in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships teams to support day-to-day marketing activities and ensure campaigns and events run smoothly.
Requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing & Campaign Support
- Assist in executing marketing campaigns across email, social media, and events.
- Support coordination of campaign assets (e.g. emails, landing pages, basic content).
- Help track campaign performance (e.g. leads, sign-ups, attendance).
Events & Field Marketing
- Support planning and execution of events (e.g. logistics, vendors, guest lists).
- Assist with event setup, coordination, and on-site support.
- Help manage attendee registration and post-event follow-ups.
Partner & Content Support
- Assist in preparing simple marketing materials (e.g. slides, one-pagers, email drafts).
- Support coordination with partners for joint campaigns or events.
- Help organise and maintain marketing assets and documents.
Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain trackers for campaigns, events, and leads.
- Assist with simple reporting and summaries of marketing activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timelines are met.
REQUIREMENTS
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, events, or related fields (Internship experience is highly valued) .
- Interest in marketing, events, and campaign execution.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
- Basic understanding of social media, events, or marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in English; Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
