๐Ÿ’ท Competitive Pay

We believe great work deserves great pay. You will be paid at the following tiered rates:

  • ๐Ÿ’ฐ Mondayโ€“Saturday: ยฃ14.80 per hour
  • ๐Ÿ’ฐ Sunday: ยฃ15.30 per hour

โฐ Dedicated Shift Patterns

Our services operate 7 days a week. We are currently looking for staff to cover specific full-time shift patterns:

  • Full-Time Split Shifts: 07:00 โ€“ 14:00 AND 16:00 โ€“ 21:00.

๐ŸŒŸ About the Roles & Specific Packages

Youโ€™ll play a vital role in supporting our service users to live independently, with dignity and confidence. Because we provide highly tailored, person-centred care, we are currently looking to fill several specific new packages across the region.

To best support our clients' individual preferences and needs, we are currently welcoming applications from both Male and Female Care Professionals to fill these full-time block positions.

(Please note: Where specific client packages require a male or female carer for personal care, this is an occupational requirement exempt under the Equality Act 2010).

๐Ÿ’™ What Youโ€™ll Be Doing

As a Care Professional, youโ€™ll provide essential care and support in the homes of our clients, following personalised care plans that put dignity and respect at the heart of everything you do.

Youโ€™ll help with:

  • Supporting with personal care โ€“ bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming with the utmost dignity
  • Assisting with medication โ€“ preparation and safe administration
  • Helping with mobility โ€“ using aids/equipment safely and supporting rehabilitation after hospital stays
  • Preparing meals/snacks and offering mealtime support
  • Carrying out light domestic duties โ€“ laundry, making beds, household tasks
  • Offering companionship and building meaningful relationships

  • ๐Ÿšถ Mobility Assistance โ€“ transfers, walking support, use of aids
  • ๐Ÿ‘€ Health Monitoring โ€“ observing and reporting changes in condition
  • ๐Ÿ’ฌ Emotional Support โ€“ empathy, reassurance, and a listening ear
  • ๐Ÿ“ Documentation โ€“ accurate record keeping
  • ๐Ÿ›ก๏ธ Safety & Emergency Response โ€“ creating safe environments, acting quickly when needed
  • ๐Ÿค Collaboration โ€“ working closely with colleagues, professionals, and families

Qualifications

๐Ÿฆธ What Youโ€™ll Need (Besides a Cape and Superpowers!)

Hold onto your hats โ€” ideally, youโ€™ll have at least 6 months of social care experience to join our merry band of care crusaders!

But hereโ€™s the truth: what matters most to us is your heart of gold and your ability to sprinkle kindness wherever you go. Youโ€™ll need to be as resilient as a rubber band and as eager to learn as a curious kitten. Donโ€™t worry โ€” weโ€™ll help you level up your skills and knowledge as part of our close-knit (and delightfully quirky) team.

While experience is a bonus, weโ€™re really looking for people who:
