Job Title: Care Professional – Morning Calls
Location: Swadlincote/Burton/Derby
Hours: Preferred availability 6:45 AM – 2:00 PM (can be extended if more hours are desired)
Pay Rate: £13.35 per hour
Enhanced Pay: £14.25 per hour (before 8:00 AM, after 6:00 PM, and weekends)
What You’ll Do:
- Help with personal care routines such as washing, dressing, and toileting
- Support with mobility and safe movement
- Prepare breakfast and help with morning medication
- Offer companionship and reassurance to start the day right
- Light household tasks to ensure a safe, clean environment
Shift Information:
- Preferred availability: 6:45 AM – 2:00 PM
- More hours can be offered if desired
- Please note: You are paid for the time spent delivering care, not for your entire availability window
Pay & Benefits:
- £13.35 per hour standard
- £14.25 per hour before 8 AM, after 6 PM, and weekends
- Travel time and mileage paid

Qualifications
What You’ll Need:
- A warm, caring, and reliable nature
- Excellent communication skills and a desire to help others
- The right to work in the UK
- A full UK driving licence and access to a car is essential due to the community-based nature of the role
