Your New Role

• Assist experienced carpenters with commercial construction and trim carpentry projects

• Learn proper measuring, layout, and installation techniques

• Read and use tape measures and levels accurately

• Support jobsite organization, material handling, and project preparation

• Follow safety procedures and company standards

• Work alongside experienced team members while developing your construction skills

• Perform commercial construction work in Louisville, Kentucky

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of construction experience

• Experience in commercial construction, general labor, carpentry, landscaping, or other hands-on labor environments preferred

• Familiarity with basic construction tools and measurements, including tape measures and levels

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn a skilled trade

• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team

• Valid driver's license

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
