Carpenters Needed for Punch List Work Commercial and Large Residential Projects

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Punch List Carpente r to join our team. This role focuses on completing final-stage construction tasks on commercial and large residential projects. The ideal candidate takes pride in delivering high-quality finishing work and ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards before turnover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete punch list items on commercial and large residential construction projects
• Perform touch-up and finish work including:

*    Paint touch-ups and minor repainting 

*    Drywall patching, repair, and texture matching 
*    Cabinetry adjustments and repairs 
*    Trim installation and repairs 
*    Door and hardware adjustments 
*    Basic carpentry modifications and corrections 

• Identify deficiencies and proactively address quality issues
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Coordinate with project managers and superintendents to ensure timely completion of tasks

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of carpentry or finish carpentry experience (commercial or large scale, multi family residential preferred).
• Strong knowledge of construction finishing processes
• Ability to complete detailed work with minimal supervision
• Skilled in paint, drywall repair, cabinetry adjustments, and trim work
• Ability to read punch lists and follow project specifications
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders as needed
