The Role We are seeking a skilled COTA to join our growing clinic team. Under the supervision of a registered OT, you will provide essential therapy services to a diverse population—from infants to seniors—within our clinic through:

  • Implementing individualized treatment plans using evidence-based approaches and therapeutic techniques.
  • Providing direct instruction in activities of daily living (ADLs), fine/gross motor skills, and sensory processing.
  • Collaborating effectively with Speech and Physical Therapists to ensure holistic patient progress.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring the clinic remains a clean, welcoming space.


Qualifications

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
  • Certification: Certified by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
  • State Licensure: Valid and current license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
  • Requirements: Must be comfortable treating both Adult and Pediatric patients.
  • Experience: Experience in a clinic setting is preferred; knowledge of developmental milestones and age-related conditions is required.
