Full-time contract (initial 6 months, likely extension)
Location: Sydney
Working model: Hybrid – 3 days per week in office (Tuesday–Thursday)
We are seeking an experienced Organisation Change Manager to support a critical Scams Prevention Program within a Security & Risk environment.
This role will lead end-to-end organisational change activities, developing and executing change strategies, driving business readiness, and enabling successful adoption across a complex transformation program.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end change activities, including change strategy, planning, delivery and adoption
- Develop change management plans, business readiness activities and transition approaches
- Conduct stakeholder impact assessments, identify change risks and develop mitigation plans
- Drive stakeholder engagement across business, technology and operational teams
- Develop communication, training and adoption strategies to support successful implementation
- Facilitate workshops, leadership alignment sessions and business engagement activities
- Partner closely with Program Managers, Delivery Leads, SMEs and business stakeholders
- Support operational readiness and embed new ways of working
- Track adoption outcomes and provide reporting and insights to program leadership

Qualifications
- 6–10 years’ overall experience, with 3+ years’ experience enabling organisational change across customer and employee channels
- Proven experience leading end-to-end change strategy, impact assessment and delivery for complex initiatives
- Experience working across both business and technology delivery teams
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills
- Experience operating within complex enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders
- Strong capability across business readiness, communications and training activities
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving delivery environments
- Change management certification such as Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent is highly desirable
Industry experience:
- Telecommunications experience highly desirable
- Alternatively, experience in a complex and regulated industry such as financial services, FMCG, or similar environments
