We are seeking skilled Chefs and Food Preparation Technicians to join our client's team. These positions are open to candidates with various levels of experience and expertise. TN Visa applicants must have a bachelor’s degree and be Mexican nationals to qualify.

Job Duties

Chef Responsibilities

Qualified chefs will:

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes with expertise in different cuisines, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.

• Oversee food preparation processes, including menu planning, ingredient selection, and portion control.

• Maintain compliance with food safety standards, hygiene regulations, and workplace safety protocols.

• Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, ensuring efficiency and teamwork in the kitchen.

• Create new recipes and continuously innovate to enhance menu offerings.

• Collaborate with management to monitor inventory, control costs, and maintain consistent food quality.

Food Preparation Technician Responsibilities

Food Preparation Technicians will:

• Perform essential food preparation tasks, including slicing meats, preparing seafood and cold dishes, brewing beverages, and assembling basic recipes.

• Clean and sanitize workstations, equipment, utensils, and dishes to ensure a safe and hygienic kitchen environment.

• Store ingredients and prepared foods properly to prevent spoilage and maintain freshness.

• Remove kitchen waste and maintain cleanliness in all food preparation and storage areas.

• Assist chefs and other kitchen staff with food preparation as required.

Job Requirements

• **Chefs **: Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts or a related field (mandatory for TN Visa eligibility).

• **Food Preparation Technicians **: Relevant prior experience in a food preparation or kitchen-related role (minimum of 18 months).
