Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a range of hot and cold dishes in accordance with the hotel's standards and recipes.
  • Ensure consistency and quality in all food prepared and served.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to develop and enhance menu offerings.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Supervise and support junior kitchen staff to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering ingredients, and manage stock rotation.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive and cooperative working atmosphere in the kitchen.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Chef de Partie in a 5-star hotel or luxury establishment.
  • Strong knowledge and skills in preparing hot and cold dishes.
  • Culinary qualification or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain high standards.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be currently in UAE
