Chef de Partie / Experienced Chef

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Chef to join our established kitchen team in one of Queenstown's busiest cafés.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with a professional, supportive team.

About the Role

• Approximately 25 - 30 hours per week
• Work in a high-volume café serving 300+ covers daily
• Join an experienced and well-established kitchen team
• Open kitchen environment where professionalism and communication are essential
• Opportunity to contribute ideas and continue developing your skills

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role
• Experience working in a busy café or restaurant with high service volumes
• The ability to remain calm, organised, and efficient under pressure
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to support those around you
• High standards of food quality, cleanliness, and presentation
• The ability to work independently while also being a valuable member of the team
