Chief Accountant

Key Responsabilities:

• Prepare and manage the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

• Monitor financial performance by analyzing actual results vs. budget and providing actionable insights.

• Produce accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, tax requirements, and accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).

• Lead financial audits and liaise with external auditors.

• Oversee cash flow, investment planning, and risk management strategies.

• Support senior management with financial analysis for strategic decisions (e.g., pricing, cost control, expansion).

• Supervise accounting staff and support the development of financial controls and procedures.

• Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, tools, and processes.
