Job Summary:

Lead culinary operations of a catering service, including menu development, food preparation, and kitchen management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all kitchen operations and staff

  • Plan and update menus as per client needs and nutrition standards

  • Supervise cooks, assistants, and stewards

  • Ensure food quality, taste, hygiene, and presentation

  • Ensure compliance with HACCP and safety standards

  • Manage inventory, supplies, and procurement

  • Conduct inspections of kitchen, storage, and equipment

  • Train and mentor kitchen staff

  • Handle client feedback and implement improvements

Requirements
