Chief Marketing Officer

Become a marketing leader in a food-tech start-up in the GTA.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Define and drive long and short-term digital strategies for customer and user acquisition.
• Continuously build brand awareness by managing marketing communications and programs, public relations, media and events to maintain the highest level of visibility.
• Drive brand message and presence at major industry events to effectively present at conferences, trade shows and public venues.
• Strong awareness and use of social media channels (especially LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Twitter).
• Work with executive team on long-term strategic planning initiatives.
• Lead a marketing team and regularly communicate objectives and goals in a clear manner.
• Supervise a marketing team and evaluate performances and results.
• Work efficiently with a monthly marketing budget to achieve aggressive growth.
• Develop business partnerships strategies and run business outreach initiatives.
• Maintain customer relationships and participating in providing customer support.

Qualifications:

• A degree in a program in business, marketing, digital marketing.
• Quality experience in marketing leadership roles.
• The ability to create compelling and consistent campaigns and break down complex solutions to the core capabilities and benefits of our offerings.
