- Supervise budgets, resources, and timelines for engineering projects;
- Work closely with manufacturing, procurement, and project management teams to ensure quality and efficiency.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Power Engineering (or related fields);
- 10+ years of experience in engineering leadership, preferably in power engineering, mechanical engineering, renewable energy, or industrial plant design;
- Strong background in thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and energy conversion processes;
- Expertise in computational modeling and process simulation (e.g., ANSYS, ChemCAD, ASPEN HYSYS);
- Knowledge of materials engineering for high-temperature and corrosive environments;
- Familiarity with international industry standards (ISO, ASME, API, IEC) and environmental regulations;
- Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Ability to manage international projects and multidisciplinary teams.
