What You'll Do

- Manage staffing, scheduling, and employee accountability
- Oversee enrollment, tours, and family onboarding
- Ensure compliance with South Dakota childcare licensing regulations
- Monitor labor, payroll, and operational efficiency
- Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming facility
- Develop systems that improve consistency and efficiency
- Partner with the Director of Education and Owner to achieve organizational goals

Qualifications
