Join our Columbia, SC office as a Civil Engineering Project Manager. We are looking for a team-focused, innovative, and results-oriented professional to manage engineering projects and client relationships.
From municipal water and sewer projects to local roads and site design, you will manage a diverse portfolio of projects with the support of a highly technical team. Our internally developed project management process will provide the structure you need to succeed as a Project Manager at Foth.
Primary Responsibilities:
Lead technical municipal engineering project activities focused on water systems, utilities, and roadway designServe as client contactLead, coordinate, and build teamwork among other members in all necessary disciplinesDeliver projects within budget, schedule, and contractual commitmentsWork closely with relevant permitting agenciesDevelop technical reports, feasibility studies, and engineering designsLead proposals and development of scope, schedule, and budgetEstablish objectives and provide performance feedback for project team members
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering Professional Engineer (PE) License in South Carolina Minimum of 2 years of experience with direct client contact and project managementMinimum of 5 years of experience leading technical teams and conducting hands-on engineering including design, reports, and feasibility studies for municipal engineering projects
Preferred Qualifications:
10+ years of experience planning, designing, and constructing public utility projects
