- Review the requests for indemnity for accuracy, completeness and eligibility;
- Check the coverage rules and supporting documents;
- Permanent communication with policyholders regarding the indemnity and debt collection procedures;
- Pro-actively and upon requests communication with customers related to claims files;
- Daily monitoring of claims files with debt collection agencies;
- Investigates discrepancies, missing information or possible fraud;
- Attending the meetings with customers;
- Preparation of relevant reports upon requests.
Qualifications
- At least 2 year experience in a similar position;
- Legal or economic education;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet;
- Very good command of English (advanced level);
- Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills;
- Very good organizing skills and detail-oriented;
- Good negotiation skills;
- Ability to write reports to summarize and clarify information;
- Attention to detail and comfort working with data, records and software tools;
- Empathy and responsiveness;
- Flexibility in thinking.
