As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across our Head Office, Therapy Unit, and Training Centre. This includes, but is not limited to, cleaning offices, training rooms, therapy rooms, hallways, washrooms, and common areas. Your role will ensure that our facilities are not only clean but also hygienic for everyone who works at or visits the sites.
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and the ability to manage cleaning schedules effectively. Key Details
- Hours of Work: 12 hours per week (averaged over a month) / 52 weeks per year
- Flexible Working: Hours include early mornings, late evenings, and weekends
- FTE Salary: £27,400
- Actual Salary: £8,220
Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to perform cleaning tasks thoroughly and systematically.
- Dependability: Strong reliability and punctuality are essential for maintaining cleaning schedules.
- Physical Capability: Ability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting and moving cleaning equipment.
- Communication Skills: Good interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and staff.
- Flexibility: Willingness to adjust to varying cleaning needs and priorities.
- Health and Safety Awareness: Understanding of basic health and safety practices relevant to cleaning.
- Must be able to drive and own a car, as this is a multi-site role.
