Accountabilities
Be the Go-To: Act as the escalation point for complex queries and provide clear, proactive solutions.
Client-Facing Impact: Prepare high-quality documentation for client meetings and communicate directly with clients to resolve queries.
Operational Excellence: Process new business applications, liaise with providers, and navigate platforms with confidence.
Lead & Inspire: Manage and mentor a team of 2 Client Administrators, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
Drive Performance: Use data to monitor accuracy, performance, and service levels, ensuring the team consistently delivers excellence.
Skills and Experience4+ years experience in a senior admin support role, including supervising or managing a team within Wealth Management, Financial Planning, or an IFA firm.
Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, mortgages, and protection.
A natural communicator and organiser who thrives on developing people and delivering results.
Confident with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and analytical thinking.
Confidence managing workflow and coaching others
Experience with Xplan or similar systems
