Job Summary

Join our Christchurch team in delivering excellent experiences to our clients.

Christchurch | Full-time | Salary-based

Join our team as a Client Engagement Specialist, where key responsibilities will be scheduling for our field team, inbound and outbound calling, and communicating with clients. This full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm role is ideal for someone who is committed to delivering outstanding client experiences.


About All Clear

Our business provides a range of property and scientific services to Property Management firms, Real Estate professionals, social and community housing providers, Property developers, and more across most of New Zealand.

We offer a range of different scientific services, such as mould and moisture consulting, meth testing, asbestos consulting, lead-based paint testing, water quality testing, and soil testing and consulting.


About the Role
You will be based at our South Island Hub in Waltham, Christchurch, working alongside a dedicated and supportive team that will help you develop your skills and encourage your professional growth.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Scheduling for our field team

  • Inbound/Outbound Calling

  • Communicating with clients

  • Managing both your inbox and our shared inbox


Requirements:

  • You must be a New Zealand citizen or hold a valid work visa

  • A strong grasp of the English language

  • Strong people skills

  • Previous Client/Customer Service experience, ideally within a services business

  • Experience in outbound and inbound calling

  • Accurate data entry skills

  • Experience in Microsoft Office

Ideally, you would also,

  • Have previous scheduling experience.

  • Have a good knowledge of New Zealand geography, with a particular emphasis on our two biggest markets, Auckland and Canterbury.
