What you would do

  • Lead end-to-end client implementations, guiding projects from kickoff through to successful go-live.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Compliance, Operations, and Support to deliver projects on time and within scope.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and milestones for multiple client engagements simultaneously.
  • Gather, analyse, and translate client requirements into practical solutions that align with business objectives and platform capabilities.
  • Facilitate client workshops, project meetings, status updates, and post-implementation reviews.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, implementation records, decision logs, and client communications.
  • Identify project risks and issues early, driving timely resolution while maintaining a positive client experience.
  • You are

  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • An excellent communicator who can confidently engage with stakeholders ranging from technical specialists to senior executives.
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences and building long-term customer relationships.
  • A natural problem solver who enjoys navigating complexity and finding practical solutions.
  • Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high standards of quality, documentation, and compliance.
  • Collaborative and able to work effectively across different teams and functions.
  • Curious about technology and interested in how financial services platforms, integrations, and digital products work.
  • Motivated by ownership and accountability, taking pride in seeing projects through from concept to successful delivery.
  • You Have

  • 1–2 years of experience in implementation management, project management, customer onboarding, or a client-facing delivery role within fintech, banking, payments, SaaS, or financial services.
  • Experience managing technology projects involving multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
  • Understanding of financial services, payments, banking, digital wallets, card issuing, acquiring, or related fintech solutions.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Monday.com.
