✍ Short Description:
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and tech-savvy Client Intake Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients. In this role, you will answer incoming calls, conduct structured intake conversations following established guidelines, gather and document client information accurately in company systems, and help determine whether prospective clients are a fit for the firm's services. This is a people-first, process-driven role that requires excellent spoken English, a warm and professional phone presence, and comfort learning new tools and technologies.

💼 Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and serve as the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients
Take messages and route calls to the appropriate team members
Conduct basic client intake conversations following established guidelines
Gather and document information accurately in company systems
Determine whether prospective clients may be a fit for the firm's services based on training and established criteria
Provide a friendly, professional, and empathetic experience for callers
Learn and utilize new software, phone systems, and internal tools
Maintain accurate records and follow up when necessary
💡 Qualifications:
1–2 years of experience in receptionist, customer service, intake, or administrative roles
Excellent spoken English with a clear, professional, and friendly phone presence
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable learning and adapting to new technologies and internal tools
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality
Ability to follow established processes accurately and consistently
