Kaelo meets the Healthcare needs of Corporate and Retail clients across South Africa – products offerings include Medical Insurance, Medical Aid, Gap Insurance, Kaelo Money and employee assistance programmes.

The Admin Support will be responsible for client relationship and distribution development administration and general office administration, marketing activities and query resolution.

Key Accountabilities

  • Administration
  • Relationship Building
  • Event Management

Key Activities/ Decision Areas

  • Create and maintain information
  • Assist with any relevant office related administration, events or marketing activities
  • Update CRM client on distribution lists
  • Build relationships with the client relationship managers, suppliers and their stakeholders
  • Assist with event preparations including:

          - Stock management

          - Administration

          - Documentation

          - Marketing

          - Travel requirements

          - Resource planning

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE

REQUIRED 

  • 1 year of experience in office administration
  • At least 3-5 years’ experience in the healthcare Industry (Advantageous) 

PREFERRED 

  • Relevant experience in the business unit described above

EDUCATION: QUALIFICATIONS: 

REQUIRED 

  • Matric 
  • PREFERRED 
  • FAIS 
  • Accreditations with a professional body 
  • Tertiary Qualification 

REQUIRED 

  • Valid Drivers Licence
  • Own, reliable transport
