Your Day-to-Day:
- Welcome and assist new clients with account opening and app navigation.
- Answer basic questions and help clients feel confident using Moomoo’s innovative features.

- Work with your team to keep store operations on track and clients happy.
- Help with documentation and compliance, always keeping client information safe.
- Assist sales efforts by following up on leads and supporting client acquisition goals.
Requirements
About You
- 1–2 years’ experience in customer service, preferbally financial advice, or retail investment services
- Basic knowledge of financial markets and trading platforms
- People-focused: great communicator (English; Mandarin/Cantonese a plus)
- Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable with multitasking
- Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Tech-savvy and keen to learn new digital tools
