What You’ll Do

As our **Retail Store Associate **, you’ll be the friendly face that welcomes clients into our experiential store—helping them get started, guiding them through our platform, and making sure their investing experience is smooth and enjoyable. Your Day-to-Day:

• Welcome and assist new clients with account opening and app navigation.
• Answer basic questions and help clients feel confident using Moomoo’s innovative features.
• **Support marketing events and workshops **—be part of the buzz around our newest campaigns.
• Work with your team to keep store operations on track and clients happy.
• Help with documentation and compliance, always keeping client information safe.
• Assist sales efforts by following up on leads and supporting client acquisition goals.

Requirements

About You

• 1–2 years’ experience in customer service, preferbally financial advice, or retail investment services
• Basic knowledge of financial markets and trading platforms
• People-focused: great communicator (English; Mandarin/Cantonese a plus)
• Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable with multitasking
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Tech-savvy and keen to learn new digital tools
• Customer-first problem solver who’s always ready to help
