This is an entry-level opportunity designed for a recent graduate passionate about digital marketing and eager to build a career in paid media. You’ll work alongside an experienced team of performance marketing professionals, gaining hands-on exposure across Paid Search, Programmatic, and Affiliate channels for some of Australia’s most exciting ecommerce and retail brands.
What You’ll Do

Learn and apply the fundamentals of digital marketing across SEO, Paid Media, CRM, and Analytics.

Support the delivery of integrated digital marketing campaigns across leading fashion, homeware, and retail brands.

Assist with project management tasks including scheduling work, managing timelines, coordinating deliverables, and ensuring smooth execution across internal teams.

Support the creation, analysis, and presentation of client performance reports and campaign insights.

Build and maintain strong day-to-day relationships with clients, supporting communication and campaign delivery.

Identify and present new growth opportunities that drive measurable results for clients.

A genuine interest in ecommerce, retail, and how digital marketing drives commercial outcomes.

Strong attention to detail; you notice when things don’t look right and do something about it.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, basic formulas).
Proactive self-starter who asks questions, takes ownership, and follows through.
