Whatyou’lldo
As a CSR,you’rethe friendly face our clients and research participants meet when they walk in. On any given day, you might:
- Welcome guests and make sure they feel taken care of from the moment they arrive.
- Set up rooms, A/V, food, and materials for upcoming research sessions.
- Reset spaces quickly betweenstudies,so the next group is ready to go.
- Cover the front desk, answer phones, and direct visitors with a professional touch.
- Pitch in on recruiting, project support, oradditionalteam needs as they come up.
Whatwe’relooking for
- You’refriendly, professional, and genuinely good with people.
- You’recomfortable with shifting prioritiesanda fast pace.
- You have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance (mileage reimbursed for errands).
- You can work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends, up to 30 hours per week.
- You can stand for long stretches, move around the facility, andlift upto 25 lbs.
- You’recurious about new tools and technology, including AI.
Ifyou’veworked in client services, hospitality, or admin support, and ifyou’recomfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams) and OneDrive,you would bea great candidate for this job.
