The Role
Full-Time 40 Hours, Fixed Term 3-Months
As a Clinical Data Coordinator, you will ensure the accuracy and integrity of clinical trial data. You will transcribe source data into sponsor electronic data capture (EDC) systems, identify and resolve data queries, and support quality control processes across studies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Accurate data entry into EDC systems
- Identifying and resolving data discrepancies and queries
- Maintaining data entry and query resolution timelines
- Supporting quality control activities and discrepancy reviews
- Liaising with Study Coordinators, clinical teams, and Clinical Research Associates (CRAs)
- Ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and study protocols
Skills and Experience
- Tertiary qualification in a science-based discipline (or working towards one)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of science and medical terminology
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer systems
- Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise workload
